How The safeTwear Personal Alarm Works

STEP 1

Your alarm comes all set up and ready to go and includes an adjustable safety lanyard, belt clip and adjustable wristband, or you can use your favourite necklace or chain.

STEP 2

As soon as the help (SOS) button is pushed, or a fall is detected, the alarm sends out an alert to our 24/7 Response Centre.

STEP 3

The responder at the Centre can talk or text directly through the device and is able to see the customer’s location and, importantly, their vital health details.

STEP 4

The responder will assess your situation, and take the most appropriate action. This can mean sending out an ambulance or simply calling relatives to alert them of the situation.

STEP 5

Help arrives! If the wearer of the alarm is at home, access to a door key can be gained by the use of a secure coded Key Safe placed outside the premises.
