LED Lights
Don’t be concerned about the blue and green lights flickering and changing on your medical alert pendant. This is normal.

If there are NO lights, try charging your pendant with the magnetic cable. When connected correctly the pendant will say “Your alarm is charging.”

If there are still no lights after a few hours of charging, please give us a call.

The RED light is the power indicator. When the battery requires charging your pendant will say “Your battery is low, please recharge your battery.”

To turn OFF
HOLD the OFF button and the one touch SOS button at the same time for 3 seconds.

Charging your safeTwear
Ensure there is no moisture on the pendant before each recharge then simply place on charge with the magnetic cable.

When connected correctly your pendant will say “Your alarm is charging.”

We ask you to charge the system each day, this ensures the battery is full at all times and in the event of an emergency the battery will not go at while we are assisting you.

Please notify us ASAP if you misplace your device – This can be tracked as long as the battery is still charged. Call us immediately for assistance locating the pendant.
