If you are over 70 years old, you can pay a single once-off amount of $1,630 and we will monitor you for as long as you need. No monthly fees ever. This is great because you know exactly what it is going to cost you in the future.
Pause your Monitoring
After the first 12 months you are under no obligation to continue your monitoring if you don’t need it. You can pause your monitoring until your circumstances change and you require professional monitoring. There is a SIM card fee of $66.00 per year to keep your device connected. Call us to discuss this further.
Please note that self-monitored devices have a high risk of MISSED ALARMS. Having family and friends responsible for the emergency calls or missing the alarm is not the same as 24/7 professional monitoring. It puts an enormous amount of responsibility on friends and family who are not waiting by the phone 24/7 or trained to handle emergency situations.
