The safeTwear Personal Alarm Pendant brings to you and your family absolute peace of mind in knowing that wherever you are, help will always be just a single button press away.

Pressing the SOS button immediately messages our 24/7 Call Centre your GPS location on Google Maps and brings up your personal and medical details, so our safeTcare operators have all the information they need to assist you in any circumstance.

This happens in a matter of seconds and once completed, the safeTwear pendant then calls our safeTcare team, who are now fully informed of your details. So even if you can’t help yourself out, our safeTwear operators can.

If you have a fall and are unable to press the alarm button, the medical alert pendant will use fall detection to recognise the fall and go to work immediately unless you turn the alarm off.

The Pendant operates as an emergency alert and GPS location device, sending out messages to our Australian safeTcare medical alert monitoring call centre and doesn’t need a screen or keyboard.

What if I accidentally make a help call?

The SOS button on the Pendant is recessed and requires pressing for three to four seconds to activate. This makes it very difficult to accidentally set off the alarm.

The Pendant also vibrates when it has been pressed for long enough and will then say “Your alarm has been activated, press SOS to cancel.” or “Fall alert has been activated. Press SOS to cancel.”  to let you know it is activated.

This allows you to cancel any emergency texts and calls before they begin. Once the device has said this 3 times it will automatically call our safeTcare operators.

False Alarms – It happens, but don’t worry!

DO NOT worry if a false alarm connects to our call centre, we are there 24/7 for you. If you do end up talking to one of our operators and it is a false alarm just let them know.

That way we won’t alert your family or friends and we won’t unnecessarily dispatch emergency services.
